Welcome to my website where you can find out about the different therapies I offer and to see what benefits you can get from improved health through complementary therapy.

Jing is a Chinese word which means "energy we are born with". A Jing Well point in acupuncture is one where energy bubbles to the surface, full of purity, new life and vigour. My aim is that by experiencing any of these therapies you will get to the underlying cause of the problem and receive a renewal of energy and a sense of wellbeing.

"Looking after people is my job, getting to the root of the problem is my passion, and what makes complementary therapy so fascinating and successful. Good results are the rewards!"

I originally trained as a nurse and developed an Interest in complementary therapy through personal experience. I was so impressed with my own response to acupuncture, I decided to train as an acupuncturist and I am delighted to be able to offer my clients the wonderful results that i believe it can bring.

I have been able to compare, contrast and work with both traditional and complementary medicine over the years. Complementary therapies work alongside western medicine and offer clients a choice in treatment.

I graduated from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in 2002 and have been practicing acupuncture since then. In 2009 I added Holistic Massage and Reflexology skills to my practice for those who don't like needles! And discovered how other therapies can be beneficial in different ways.

I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and the Complementary Therapists Association. These are the regulatory bodies for the therapies I offer which ensure the highest standards of training, safe practice, ethics, conduct and continuing education. I am also fully insured. I have recently undertaken extra training in dermatology, lung disease and back problems.
